Position Summary

We are looking for an Investment Analyst (IA) to join our Global Investment Services (GIS) team in Hong Kong. Our team is responsible for providing portfolio management services to our clients across Asia. We leverage our global expertise across multiple asset classes to provide research-driven recommendations and advice to our clients and build custom portfolios catered to their individual needs, circumstances, and priorities. You will work with a variety of clients ranging from endowments to private clients. You will be exposed to different client portfolios that touch a variety of asset classes including public equities, fixed income, hedge funds, and private investments. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide high quality investment advice, portfolio management and client servicing for our clients. We value opinions from all members of the team and each client team works closely to brainstorm and debate investment ideas. In addition to portfolio management and advisory work, GIS IA may also participate in the firm’s business development efforts in the region and manager research in certain niche or client-driven verticals.

As an IA, you will be challenged with competing priorities and deadlines, and a fast-paced learning environment but we enable you to thrive given a strong tradition of collaboration and mentorship in the team. Your development in CA begins with an in-depth orientation and training program and you will have access to structured mentorship programs as well as ongoing structured training programs as you grow within the firm. A successful IA would possess a high degree of competency in both quantitative and qualitative skillsets over time that allows him/her the knowledge to perform in-depth investment analysis via our internal analytics and modeling tools, contribute to team discussions around investment ideas and articulate advice and recommendations to clients.

Job Responsibilities:
