Job Description - Investment Analyst, Global Emerging Markets

Responsibilities:

Conduct rigorous fundamental research on publicly listed Emerging Markets equities, filtering complex data to drive high-conviction investment recommendations.
Build, update, and maintain detailed financial forecast models, DCFs, and comparative valuation analyses.
Write concise, analytical investment memos and pitch research findings directly to senior portfolio managers.
Take end-to-end ownership of research projects while working closely with senior investors in a flat, small-team structure.
Adopt a hands-on approach to support broader ad-hoc research and operational tasks across an agile boutique environment.

Requirements:

Strong academic record with a high-quality university degree.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, rigorous critical thinking, and an industrious work ethic.
Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced setting.
