Investment Associate, Fast-Growing Private Equity Fund

Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing private equity fund with a strong institutional investor base and excellent investment track record across the Globe. The team is lean, agile, and highly selective in its investments.

The fund is actively expanding and is looking for high-calibre investment professionals to join during this exciting growth phase.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth market research, financial analysis, and due diligence on direct investment or co-investment opportunities.
2. Support the end-to-end deal execution process, including financial modeling, valuation, investment memo drafting, and presentations to the Investment Committee.
3. Assist in monitoring portfolio companies, tracking performance, and supporting value-creation initiatives.
4. Collaborate closely with senior team members on deal structuring, negotiation, and closing processes.
5. Help build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and industry experts across key markets.
6. Contribute to cross-border investment strategies and fund-raising efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

1. 2 - 4 years of experience in reputable investment banking (IBD), private equity, venture capital, or related fields. Flexible on sector coverage.
2. Outstanding financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills; ability to work on multiple projects under tight timelines.
3. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, lean-team environment.
4. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
