Investment Associate (i-Gaming industry)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth due diligence on potential target i-gaming companies and entities.
• Analyze and evaluate data from multiple sources, including public filings, company databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Pitchbook, FactSet), and media archives.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research on requested companies and their associates, identifying risks, discrepancies, and other critical information.
• Prepare bilingual reports (Chinese and English) summarizing due diligence findings and risk assessments.
• Monitor and review market trends, key developments, and industry dynamics.
• Collaborate with investment and execution teams to develop industry reports, competitive benchmarking, and valuation models.
• Focus on direct investments in growth-stage and early-stage i-Gaming and Entertainment companies across regions such as the US, Europe, and Asia.
• Manage ongoing relationships with assigned companies and fund managers, including monitoring investments, attending AGMs/meetings, and participating in advisory board discussions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a top-tier university.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Asian and European i-Gaming and Entertainment investment and research.
• Demonstrated hands on fund execution experience.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong analytical, research, and presentation skills.
• Capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision to meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
