Job Description

As an Investment Associate (Private Equity), your main responsibilities will include:

Evaluate, structure, and execute complex investment transactions, including special situations such as PIPEs, convertible bonds (CBs), and other structured or hybrid instruments
Conduct deep fundamental analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and downside risk assessment for public and private investments
Participate in deal structuring, terms negotiation, and execution across the full investment lifecycle
Monitor portfolio positions, assess ongoing risks and catalysts, and provide investment recommendations to the investment committee
Work closely with internal teams and external counterparties, including banks, legal advisors, and management teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Investment Associate (Private Equity) should have:

A degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
3-5 years of relevant experience in investment roles
Mandatory buy-side experience (e.g., hedge fund, private credit, private equity, special situations, or long/short public equities)
Demonstrated ability to analyze and execute complex transactions, particularly special situation investments such as PIPEs and convertible bonds
Solid understanding of capital markets, legal documentation, and deal structuring
Excellent communication skills in English; ability to clearly articulate investment theses
Prior experience in special situations, event-driven, or opportunistic strategies
