• Develop robust financial models to analyze the business models and financial performance of companies in the fintech, payments, and web3 sectors
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis on emerging technologies and innovative business models
• Prepare detailed valuation analyses using discounted cash flow, comparable company, and precedent transaction methodologies
• Support the execution of capital raising transactions such as IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements
• Assist with the development of pitch books, transaction memoranda, and other client-facing deliverables
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological developments impacting the new economy
• Collaborate closely with the firm's industry coverage teams and corporate finance professionals

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a similar analytical role
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with the ability to build comprehensive financial models from scratch
• Familiarity with the business models, revenue drivers, and key performance metrics of fintech, payments, and web3 companies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear and concise presentations
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity software
• Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the new economy
