Job Title: Investment Counsellor (Products Specialists) [Global Funds and Investment Management Group]

The business development team is supported by highly competent Investment Counsellors / Products Specialists focused on-boarding high quality HNW and UHNW clients and to ensure that these accounts are properly and professionally serviced by all departments.

The team will travel and meet clients in the Greater Bay area and other China regions to service new clients in a 360 degree , comprehensive scope of excellent investment advisory and products , migration and education services and provide total solutions to such high net worth groups, including partnering with private equity, SME business owners, and industry forums and family offices with tailored JV solutions.

Main Duties:

1. Rotate through different business units to gain exposure to various aspects of the company's operations
2. Participate in structured training programs to develop critical management and leadership skills
3. Take on challenging projects and assignments to apply your learning in a practical setting
4. Contribute to key business initiatives and decision-making processes
5. Liaise with senior stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
6. Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced managers
7. Prepare and report sales performance to team including one stop financial planning and identification of new business opportunities in Hong Kong and China Market under asset management

Target Candidates:

1. Outgoing, Excellent interpersonal skills and willing to learn new things to apply
2. Effective written communication, prioritization and time management skills
3. Must be self-motivated, sales-driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team
4. Strong initiative to strive for continuous accuracy, quality, and timeliness of information
5. 5-day working per week, negotiable days annual leaves and bank holidays
