Investment Director

The Company

Our client is a sizable Private Equity fund house and they have 5 presences in the world. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for an Investment Director to join their finance team.

The Role

• Lead the end-to-end investment process, encompassing deal sourcing, due diligence, legal documentation, and portfolio management.
• Drive deal sourcing initiatives through thematic research, ecosystem cultivation, and partnership development.
• Supervise team members in conducting commercial, technical, financial, and legal due diligence for both direct and fund investments.
• Oversee deal negotiation, structuring, and documentation.
• Manage and monitor the relevant investment portfolio.
• Execute additional activities related to investment, commercialization, and business alliances.

Your Profile

• Graduated in Finance, Business, Economics or related field. Candidate who CFA qualification is a plus.
• The ideal candidate should possess approximately 8 years of experience in private equity, with expertise in industries such as AI, Robotics, New Mobility, TMT, or Consumer sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid research, financial modeling, qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Good commercial sense and acumen in evaluating businesses and people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
