Investment Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Involve initial setup and launch of fund investment products, coordinating with legal, compliance, operation teams
• Conduct product due diligence and assessment and product risk ratings review and approval to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements
• Conduct on-going regular review on product providers as well as the products on shelf and prepare assessment for management oversight
• Design and manage various sales promotions & campaigns for sales team to drive the investment businesses
• Ensure the investment products, sales procedures and operations are complied with regulatory and internal compliance requirements
• Provide technical support and trainings to sales team to continuously improve their sales capabilities and product knowledge
• Handle enquiries from Regulators / Auditors and coordinate with other departments to tackle regulator’s / auditor's examination and review on investment products and sales processes
• Keep close contact with external parties for conducting on-going market intelligence to maintain business competiveness
• Assist in ad hoc compliance and system projects

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or Business related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in wealth, investment product development 
• Relevant qualifications for RO licensing under SFC preferred
• Familiar with product compliance and SFC requirements
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications including PowerPoint presentation
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fluency in Mandarin would be preferred
