Investment Senior Associate/Vice President (Native Korean Fluency Required)

You will be a key member of the investment team, driving transactions across the full investment lifecycle from sourcing and evaluation through execution and portfolio management. The role offers the opportunity to work alongside leading global private equity firms, financial institutions, and prestigious institutional investors on preferred equity and co-investment transactions.

1. Evaluate, underwrite, and execute private investment opportunities across sponsor-led co-investments, preferred equity, and other alternative investment structures
2. Conduct financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, financial modeling, and investment underwriting
3. Prepare investment committee memoranda, transaction materials, and investment recommendations
4. Work closely with portfolio companies, sponsors, advisors, lenders, and co-investment partners throughout the investment lifecycle
5. Monitor portfolio investments and support value creation initiatives
6. Identify and assess new investment opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and relationship-driven origination efforts
7. Participate in structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions from origination through closing

1. 4+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, principal investments, or transaction advisory
2. Advanced financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and analytical capabilities
3. Demonstrated ability to assess complex investment opportunities and develop commercially sound investment recommendations
4. Self-motivated with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
5. Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
6. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline
7. Fluency in both English and Korean, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. Experience executing transactions involving Korean corporates, sponsors, financial institutions, or investors is highly preferred
