Investor Relations Associate

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as a primary point of contact for investors, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high-quality communication
2. Prepare investor materials including presentations, fact sheets, reports, and DDQs
3. Provide timely responses to investor inquiries on fund performance, strategy, and portfolio positioning
4. Support fundraising and capital raising initiatives, including roadshows and investor meetings
5. Coordinate with investment, compliance, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely investor reporting
6. Manage investor onboarding processes, including subscription documentation, KYC/AML review, and coordination with fund administrators
7. Assist with ongoing investor due diligence requests and compliance-related documentation
8. Maintain investor databases/CRM and track investor interactions and pipeline

Requirements

1. 3–5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, client servicing, capital raising, or hedge fund/asset management
2. Solid understanding of equity long/short strategies and financial markets
3. Experience in investor onboarding, KYC/AML processes, and fund documentation
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain investment strategies clearly
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline
2. SFC Type 9 license (or eligibility preferred)
3. Familiarity with investor reporting, DDQs, and fund marketing materials
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
