Job Description - Investor Relations (Junior/ Fresh graduate preferred)

A newly set up hedge fund in Hong Kong
Ability to work directly under founding team

About Our Client

The firm is an investment management platform focused on delivering disciplined investment solutions to institutional and high-net-worth investors. As it continues to expand its presence across Asia, the team is growing in Hong Kong and is seeking a Junior Investor Relations professional to support client development and investor engagement initiatives.

Job Description

Support day-to-day investor relations activities, including client communications and relationship management
Assist in preparing investor materials such as pitch decks, performance reports, factsheets, and DDQ responses
Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conference participation
Maintain investor databases, CRM systems, and reporting schedules
Act as a point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
Work closely with investment, operations, and compliance teams to support fundraising and client servicing initiatives
Provide ad-hoc support on marketing and business development projects as require

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree from a US university preferred
Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written)
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Genuine interest in asset management, hedge funds, and capital markets
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong professionalism and client-facing presence
Existing high-net-worth (HNW) client connections is highly desirable
Cantonese and/or Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not mandatory
