Job Description - IP/ Trademark - Paralegal/ Legal Assistant

I have an interesting opportunity for Intellectual Property, Trademark Paralegals / Legal Assistants/ IP Specialists who are keen to join a diverse, fast-paced global environment.

You must have:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience working within Intellectual Property/ Trademark area of a Law firm, IP/ trademark consultancy or in-house
  • You will be experienced in handling a range of IP matters: portfolio management, IP protection, Enforcement, trademark, patent, brand protection, IP disputes and related matters.
  • You must be a team player, self-motivating, collaborative and energetic with high level of integrity.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills - fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a prerequisite along with written Chinese
