IPO Paralegal - HK / US (multiple roles)

Top-Tier IPO teams at US, UK, Magic Circle and Red Circle Law firms are looking for junior Paralegals/ Legal Assistants for their growing Capital Markets team in Hong Kong. If you are a Paralegal with experience in ECM, IPOs (HK/ US) and proficient in Mandarin, this could be an excellent career move for you.

Working alongside experienced Partners and Associates you will be actively involved on a range of US and Hong Kong IPO transactions.

You will have:

• 1-3 years of experience in ECM/ IPO transactions gained within a well-recognized law firm (International or Local). Expertise in drafting for HK and US IPOs and due diligence would be a plus.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognised law school
• Preference for candidates with US or PRC qualification
• Strong candidates with varied qualification can be considered for a future track and the opportunity for future promotion
