IR Director Investor Relations

Location: Hong Kong, Shenzhen-Hong Kong cross-border

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop global IR strategy and market value management plan; translate AI, hardware & software technologies into investor-friendly business narratives to communicate core investment value.
- Build and maintain relationships with global institutional investors and analysts; organize investor meetings, roadshows and reverse roadshows; collect market feedback and align with business teams.
- Lead Hong Kong capital market operations including refinancing, M&A, ESOP and investor communications; manage cross-border market sentiment and crisis communications.
- Lead, develop and manage the IR team; set up processes, KPIs, budget and resource allocation.
