ISDA Documentation Negotiator - Top US Investment Bank!

Our client is a top American Investment Bank and they are currently looking for an APAC ISDA Documentation Negotiator to handle capacity and authority review, master derivatives/ IDSA agreements preparation for international wealth management clients. The candidate should have 1-2 years of working experience in derivatives/ ISDA documentation review in law firms/ financial industry with LLB degree.

Our client is the one of the largest American Investment banks, headquartered in New York City. They are now looking for an APAC ISDA Documentation Negotiator to handle capacity and authority review, master derivatives/ IDSA agreements preparation for international wealth management clients including Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia offices.

Description

• Responsible for reviewing capacity and authority for international wealth management clients in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia offices
• Prepare master derivatives agreements, including but not limited to ISDA and the firm's specific agreements
• Ensure that the procedural documentation requirements have been fulfilled and approve wealth management accounts, work closely with account opening teams and operations to ensure a smooth process in client onboarding
• Work closely with Sales, Risk, Credit and Legal on documentation developments and assist with tailor drafting
• Conduct due diligence, capacity and authority check on client as part of the credit limit review
• Review and analyse capacity and authority legal opinion from external counsel
• Assist in administrative tasks including but not limited to billing, HKIRD registration, contract linking and archiving

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or Business Administration elated discipline
• 1-2 years working experience in derivatives/ ISDA documentation review within law firm or financial industry
• Focus on AXJ and Australia market is preferred
• Able to work under pressure without any supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly fluent in English and Cantonese/ Mandarin
