Your new role

Our client is looking for a Technical IT Business Analyst to act as a key bridge between business users, technical delivery teams, and external solution partners. The role focuses on translating operational needs into effective digital and IT solutions, supporting the delivery of enterprise systems that enhance efficiency, connectivity, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the rollout of enterprise platforms and digital initiatives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to clarify business objectives, functional needs, and system integration requirements
• Liaise directly with Mainland China-based vendors and internal teams to align technical specifications, timelines, and delivery standards
• Assist with the deployment and support of network infrastructure.
• Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, functional designs, and test scenarios throughout the project lifecycle
• Plan, coordinate, and execute system testing and user acceptance testing, ensuring solutions meet agreed quality standards
• Deliver solution briefings, demonstrations, and technical presentations to management, clients, and end users
• Conduct end-user training and develop user guides, process flows, and operational documentation
• Provide post-implementation support
• Produce management reports and dashboards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging digital technologies

What you'll need to succeed

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT business analysis, digital project delivery, or system implementation
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solvers skills; well-organised, proactive, and attentive to detail
• Hands-on involvement in enterprise or digital projects
• Basic understanding of network infrastructure setup and cybersecurity best practices
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, reporting tools, and automatisation solutions
• Experience working with Mainland China vendors; fluent in Putonghua
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
