Responsibilities:

• Work with project team and prepare project relative documents.
• Take minute for project review meeting.
• Co-operate with engineers and admin department to arrange stock and schedule delivery.
• Follow checklist to filing support and project team document.
• Prepare project update report.
• Prepare client support cases usage report.
  

Requirements:

• F5; Diploma holder or above.
• Experience in Information Systems will be advantages.
• Good communication, organizational, negotiation, interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Effective team player and experienced in small team for execution of the project.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
