Role Overview:

This role is integral to supporting the organization’s infrastructure governance activities, ensuring timely completion of key lifecycle management tasks, and improving operational efficiency through process enhancements and automation initiatives. You will work closely with various teams to monitor and coordinate activities, maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Key Skills & Experience:

• SSL certificate management concepts
• Basic Microsoft Azure provisioning
• Basic networking knowledge (ports, firewall rules, IP/subnetting)
• Understanding of server patching mechanisms

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate certificate, key, and token expiration and renewal processes
• Review Azure cloud provisioning requests for compliance and accuracy
• Coordinate monthly server patching, vulnerability management, and security fixes
• Review and support remediation for EOL/EOS hardware, software, and systems
• Manage cloud resource decommissioning requests and record tracking
• Improve and document operational processes, SOPs, and workflows
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
• Support ad-hoc follow-ups, escalations, and last-minute team coordination

Requirements:

• Right to work in the country
• Immediate availability for a 2-week on-site contract
• Proven experience with SSL certificate management, Azure provisioning, and basic networking
• Ability to work on-site with flexibility for occasional remote support, including Saturday late-night duties and Sunday support if needed
• Willingness to work overtime when required
