IT INFRASTRUCTURE MIGRATION PROJECT MANAGER, HK

Our client, a prestigious investment bank, is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a seasoned IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Plan, organize, and manage IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion
2. Migrating core back-end infrastructure, internal, and data center side
3. Liaise with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
4. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
5. Coordinate and manage the activities of cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and procurement
6. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary
7. Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management
8. Ensure project activities comply with relevant policies, procedures, and industry standards
9. Continually seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 8+ years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, preferably in the IT and Telecommunications industry
2. Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
4. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
5. Proficient in the use of project management tools and software
6. Demonstrated experience in managing IT infrastructure projects, such as network, server, and cloud migrations and deployments
7. Back-end core infrastructure experience, migration, and upgrades
8. Experienced with Cisco and Wintel technologies
9. Knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions
10. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
