Job Description - IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Define and align EUC services with other technology functions.
Develop and deploy digital workplace and mobility solutions aligned with the company's roadmap.
Provide technical support for end-user systems, desktop applications, remote access, and mobility tools.
Manage VDI solutions and virtualization technologies.
Configure and maintain Microsoft Active Directory, Intune/Autopilot, and core services (DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, Windows Defender).
Build and manage workstation imaging, deployment, and patch management.
Oversee printing solutions (e.g., PaperCut) for reliable service.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve digital workplace environments.
Support IT Service Management processes using ITIL principles.
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of relevant End User Computing experience (less experienced candidates will be considered for Assistant Manager role).
Strong expertise in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Office, Active Directory, Adobe apps, Intune (architecture, policies, device management), and golden image build/deployment.
Experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, CMDB, Software Asset Management).
Proficiency supporting Windows/Mac/Linux and printing systems.
ITIL, PMP, or similar certification preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese.
