Job Description - IT Manager (up to HKD 50,000)

Your new company

A family-owned healthcare and pharmaceutical business in Hong Kong.
Your new role
Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce platform and web store operations.
Oversee system change projects, including ERP and e-commerce platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades and troubleshoot technical issues.
Provide IT support and helpdesk services for internal users, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and security systems.

What you'll need to succeed

5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, system implementation, and IT support.
Cantonese speaking is a must
Familiarity with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and IT infrastructure management.
Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure administration and troubleshooting.
