IT Operations Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Ops Task Manager to lead the planning and coordination of high-impact network and datacenter projects. You will be responsible for creating and executing detailed delivery plans, managing resources, and ensuring timely completion of key operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage execution plans with clearly sequenced activities and milestones

• Assist in scoping resource requirements (time, budget, equipment) for project delivery

• Track project schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure adherence to timelines

• Proactively identify and escalate risks to minimize delivery disruptions

• Coordinate across technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment

• Document activities and provide regular internal and external status updates

• Liaise with vendors to ensure deliverables meet expectations

• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required

What Were Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in Voice/Data Network Technologies and Datacenter buildouts

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and planning skills

• Exceptional communication skills, able to translate technical details into business language

• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail

• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a consultative mindset

• Ability to work independently in dynamic environments and meet tight deadlines
