Job Description - IT Quality and Security Manager (Quality Management)

Responsibilities:

Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality / testing procedures, standards and/or specifications.
Working with system development teams and business teams to engage and review test automation specifications and executions.
Working with system development teams to review and improve overall quality of deliverables.
Writing QA reports and procedures.
Coordinating QA meetings and initiatives among IT and business users.
Collecting, analyzing and distributing data and statistics regarding quality management.

Requirements:

University graduate preferably in Computer Science or related discipline.
5 years working experience in IT is preferred, in particular a good understanding of agile methodology and test automation (lesser experience will also be considered for junior position).
Hands on experience in using Selenium, Appium, TestComplete and UFT One is much preferred.
Certification in one or more of the following professional disciplines QM, PMP, Scrum Master is a definite advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Able to work independently, self-motivated, with strong analytical mind.
Good writing skills in both Chinese & English.
Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin is much preferred.
