The Role & Landscape: Reporting directly to the Head of Information Security , you will be the tactical engine driving the security roadmap across the entire enterprise. This is not a "passive tracking" role; you are the primary orchestrator of the firm's defense initiatives.

1. Strategic Execution: Lead the end-to-end delivery of the IT Security project portfolio, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within risk appetite.
2. Vulnerability Design: Partner with Application and Platform teams to architect and roll out a world-class Vulnerability Management program.
3. Security Advisory: Act as a critical gatekeeper, assessing internal proposals and third-party services to ensure they meet stringent security benchmarks.
4. Governance & Compliance: Maintain a comprehensive overview of management controls, ensuring the firm stays ahead of evolving regulatory requirements in the APAC region.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Experience: Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience specifically within IT or Security domains.
2. Domain Knowledge: A strong conceptual grasp of Cyber Security topics—you should be comfortable discussing vulnerability lifecycles and the CIA triad.
3. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical discipline.
4. Communication: Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is essential, as you will be interfacing with diverse regional stakeholders.
5. Mindset: A proactive, "result-driven" approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
