IT Security Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Follow security policies, SOPs, and manager instructions exactly.
• Assist with basic security monitoring, alert triage, and escalation.
• Support access management, password resets, and account checks.
• Help with patching, endpoint checks, antivirus/EDR, and basic backups.
• Provide infra/helpdesk support to the project team.
• Document actions clearly and report issues promptly.
• Escalate anything unclear or risky immediately.

• Must be available to start immediately.
• Strong rule-following and compliance mindset — no shortcuts.
• Good attitude, responsible, patient, and coachable.
• Basic IT / infra / helpdesk skills.
• Willing to learn security tools and procedures.
• Spoken and Written Chinese is a must
