IT Service Desk Manager (Lifestyle and Leisure Company, Circa 40-60K, Bonus)

Are you an experienced IT Service Desk Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Join our client's dynamic team and lead the IT support operations, ensuring top-tier assistance for the VIP clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the IT service desk team, ensuring efficient and effective support.
• Provide exceptional service to VIP clients, addressing their unique IT needs with urgency and professionalism.
• Develop and implement service desk strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related disciplines
• With Minimum 4 years in a VIP client-facing plus IT service management role.
• Knowledge in Active Directory, Cloud Services, Computer Hardware, and Core Networking.
• Strong end-user verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in ITIL or other service management frameworks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
