Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and daily support of office PCs, conference room equipment, and audio‑visual systems, including both hardware and software.
Manage procurement, asset management, and inventory control of IT equipment and consumables.
Provide daily end‑user support for various application systems, including user account and access rights management.
Participate in various IT and low‑voltage systems projects.
Support and coordinate daily IT helpdesk operations across the organization.
Full‑time Bachelor's degree or above; a degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
Relevant experience in helpdesk/technical support, with knowledge of IT support such as Windows/MacOS configuration, PC hardware troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office Suite support.
Basic understanding of network and server‑side infrastructure.
Strong ability to learn, analyse, and independently research solutions for open‑ended problems.
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
