Responsibilities

• Provide firstline desk and application support to end users
• Maintenance help desk log and call assignment
• Perform maintenance tasks and server health monitoring
• Maintain knowledge base documentation for the reuse of troubleshooting experience
• Test and evaluate new / enhanced versions of software / hardware
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Good knowledge in help desk services and troubleshooting skill
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
