Job Description - IT Support Officer (Welcome IANG/TTPS/ASMTP holders)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide front-line IT support and assist in maintaining daily IT operations within the office.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support to end users (hardware, software, network and system issues)
Install, configure and maintain PCs, laptops, printers and mobile devices
Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, email systems and common business applications
Liaise with vendors and service providers when required
Assist in inventory management and IT documentation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
3-5 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office / Microsoft 365 and desktop support
Good problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset
Fluent in Putonghua and English
