Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

Monitoring computer systems and ensuring optimal performance of IT operations.
Executing scheduled batch jobs and resolving any job failures or interruptions.
Performing routine system checks and troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
