Our Client - a Japanese company is looking for the candidate with the following requirements

Duties: 

• Handle daily office administrative operation 
• Assist Japanese manager in translation work, interpretation during meetings with local business partners
• Manager Japanese manager's daily schedule 
• Liaise with different document collections, reporting etc.
• Ad Hoc Projects

 Requirements 

• With exp. of Office Administrative support/secretary/PA experience are preferred
• Good command of Japanese (Passed JLPT N2/N1)
• Good English and Mandarin 
• Attentive to details, able to handle multi-tasking 
• Independent, supportive, good problem solver and good team player 
• Immediate available/ short notice is highly preferred
