A global Financial Company is looking for a Japanese speaking Assistant for the CFO

Company Profile

Our client is a global listed financial firm having the status of Restricted License Bank under HKMA, offering a comprehensive range of financial products and services. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of an integrated financial services group based in Tokyo, Japan. The firm has a global network in coordination with overseas offices and branches providing equipment finance, cross-border leasing, corporation finance, etc. in both Hong Kong and Japan.

Exciting new role for you

You will directly report to senior management of regional HQ who is stationed in Hong Kong by

providing analysis and description for expediting preparation of periodical/ad-hoc HQ

reports, proposal for new business development, and materials related to ad-hoc strategic

and business projects

Requirements

1. Proficient in Japanese and business level in English
2. Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
3. At least 3~4 years of work experience in banking or financial industry :Work experience in consulting firm, financial institutions, accounting firm, research company or similar industry
4. Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT and Word) with strong analytical, visualizing and critical-thinking skills
5. Basic understanding on accounting, BS/PL analysis and financial spreading
6. Ability to work independently with high integrity and responsibility for multi-task output in a fast-paced environment
7. High attention to detail for making sure accuracy of deliverables
8. Good team player with proactive communication under mixed business culture
