Position: Sales Assistant

Location: Lai Chi Kok

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting our sales team to ensure smooth sales procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist sales team with administrative duties.
• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs.
• Handle orders, complaints, and other inquiries.
• Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
• Process sales data and progress reports.
• Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their purchases.
• Make sure that salespersons are on track with sales goals.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Cheerful ,energetic ,Cooperative & Considerate personality  
• Related working experience in trading is preferred
• Able to work independently and also as a team worker.
