Job Description - Japanese Speaking Sales & Marketing Executive (5 days, Tsim Sha Tsui)

Responsibilities




  • Handle customers' enquiries, provide product information

  • Follow customers' developments and provide advices

  • Negotiate price with customers and follow up sales orders

  • Arrange vendor/customer-visit and build up relationship

  • Promote new products to vendors/customers

  • Prepare sales reports, analysis and sales forecast

  • Assist managers in various kinds of sales-related programs and meet sales targets

  • Business trip is required, especially China / other Asian countries

  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned, i.e. market research, survey, etc



    • Requirement




  • Form 5 or above

  • 1 - 2 years working experience in sales, manufacturing, garment or merchandising industry is preferred; knowledge in snap and button will be a plus; FRESH graduate will also be considered

  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), knowledge in Japanese is an advantage

  • Well versed with PC applications like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing, proficiency in Excel Function (i.e. v-lookup, pivot table) is preferable

  • Customer-oriented, teamwork spirit and outgoing characters are preferred

  • Candidates with less/more experience may be considered as Associate/Senior Sales & Marketing Executive respectively
