Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the quality construction, performance optimization, and monitoring platform construction of Jianying Web 2. Responsible for competitor research and analysis to ensure that the quality & performance experience of Jianying Web remains in the leading position in the industry 3. Establish quality & performance monitoring indicators, determine optimization plans, and connect and promote the quality & performance optimization of various business teams on Jianying Web.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, more than 5 years of work experience 2. Familiar with or master the technical solutions for audio and video editing, and understand or master webassembly, FFmpeg, OpenGL, WebGL, etc. 3. Have rich experience in web project quality & performance optimization, familiar with the commonly used quality & performance monitoring platform and implementation principles on the web side 4. Have strong cross-team promotion ability 5. Have good code style, strong independent work ability, and experience in large-scale cross-team collaborative projects is preferred 6. Have good learning ability, communication ability, logical thinking ability, love technology, have their own unique understanding of technology and put it into practice.
