As an HRIS Officer at Anglo-Eastern Ship Management, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Human Resource Information Systems. This position encourages an analytical mindset and attention to detail as you ensure seamless HRIS processes and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and enhance HRIS functionalities to meet departmental and organizational needs.
· Conduct regular audits of data and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Collaborate with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot issues and implement system upgrades.
· Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to assist in decision-making.
· Assist in data migration and integration tasks during system upgrades or changes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
· Proven experience with HRIS software (experience with specific systems preferred).
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
