About Our Client

Our client is a well-known Investment Bank with global presence - they are looking for a proactive professional to support client onboarding and lifecycle management within Private Banking. This role focuses on KYC reviews, maintaining accurate client data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Description

Perform trigger event and KYC reviews, including assessing CIP documents, Total Net Worth (TNW) updates, and related materials
Follow up with Sales on missing or inconsistent information to ensure timely completion
Maintain accurate client data in internal account maintenance systems
Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain approvals and manage escalations
Ensure proper record-keeping of account documentation

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 3 years of experience within banking or financial services
Prior experience in private banking, trigger event reviews, or KYC/SOW due diligence is highly desirable
Solid understanding of CIP/KYC documentation and processes
Familiarity with a range of account structures, including individuals, private holding companies (PHCs), and trusts
