KYC Associate to VP - Leading Brokerage - Multiple Headcounts

Our client is a leading brokerage firm current seeking for KYC Onboarding professionals to join the expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Onboarding: Manage the intake process for individual, corporate, and institutional clients
• Perform robust Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk profiles, PEPs, and complex corporate structures
• Ensuring all documentation meets internal policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Screening: Conduct and clear AML/Sanctions/Adverse Media alerts
• Ensure all KYC files are "audit-ready" with clear, concise rationales for approval

Requirements:

• 3-8 years of KYC/Onboarding experience specifically within Securities Brokerage/Investment Banking industry
• Strong familiarity with onboarding process, KYC, AML, etc.
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Great attention to detail and able to work under pressure
