Our client, an Enterprise firm, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused L3 Desktop Support Engineer to join their IT team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless end-user experience across M365 applications and Windows desktop environments. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft 365 services and desktop systems within a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide level 2/3 desktop support for end-users, with a focus on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), trading systems, and other business applications.
Build, configure, and deploy desktops/laptops for new joiners and equipment refresh cycles.
Support video conferencing systems and meeting room technologies for daily operations and corporate events.
Manage user moves (office relocations), ensuring seamless transition of IT equipment and connectivity.
Lead PC migration projects (data migration, Windows OS upgrades) with minimal disruption to users.

Requirements

At least 4 years of relevent hands on experience
Inhouse background with organizations of 500+ users
Hands on configuration in entire Microsoft 365 backbone architecture eg. (e.g., Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams)
Strong Knowledge in AD and Microsoft Intune
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Cantonese would be required
