Lead Business Analyst, Connectivity, IT

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and IT solutions.

• Work closely with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects such as financial applications, CRM systems, and AI development

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, map out processes, and work with the technical team for delivery

• Ensure solid alignment with key stakeholders, including business owners/users, project team, and vendors

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies

• Design and implement IT solutions to meet business needs

• Develop detailed project plans and timelines

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management

• Set up and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

• Support enhancement projects and maintenance activities

• Prepare documentation and training materials for end-users

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT applications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

• Around 10 years experience an IT Business Analyst

• In-depth Equities High Touch , Program trading and Market Connectivity business knowledge

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

• Understanding in Java, SQL, FIX message protocol, Chronicle Queue

• Familiarity with AI development and CRM systems is a plus

• Understanding of Java will be a plus
