What you will do:
- Lead continuous refinement of market performance monitoring and management framework and process to ensure a structured approach to drive market growth through combination of data analysis and market intelligence collection
- Assist in developing regional driver & user retention and growth strategies and localizing to markets' specific action plans
- Assist in longer-term performance review focusing on supply & demand growth and campaign effectiveness, and collaborate with BI& Analytics team on scalable data and analytics solutions to facilitate planning and decision making to support markets' growth
- Conduct ongoing performance review and lead the implementation of optimization initiatives (e.g. user promotions and engagement initiatives) for designated markets with the objective of maximizing online platform / marketplace demand growth and sustainable user active rate
- Manage the online platform budget for your designated markets, and to maximise the effectiveness and ROI of implemented campaigns and initiatives
- Collaborate with city teams and other functional departments to ensure business and team objectives are met
What you will need:
- 6+ years of experience in Operations or a similar analytical role; relevant experience in a high-growth start-up environment
- Previous experience working with, analyzing, and presenting findings from large data sets
- Proven track record of effective project management, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural and functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in written and spoken English
- Team management experience a plus
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Associate, Platform Growth & Operations
