Leasing Manager / Senior Officer / Officer (PRC - Retail)

The Job  

• Client: A Listed Property Group
• Position: Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Officer / Leasing Officer
• Responsibilities: Responsible for the leasing of premium retail malls in PRC. Responsible for market analysis, tenancy management, lease terms negotiation, document management, etc.
• $30-60K+. 5-day, medical, bonus

Requirements  

• Degree holder
• 3-15 years experience in retail leasing gained with property developers / real estate agencies
  • Manager grade - property developer and PRC retail leasing experience is a must.
  • Officer grade - No PRC exp required. Agency exp also welcome.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
• To be based in Hong Kong. Occasional travel is required.
