Legal Counsel/Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist Legal Director to provide legal advice on a wide range of legal and compliance matters relating to the day-to-day operation;
• Assist in drafting and reviewing of legal documents and commercial agreements;
• Conduct legal research and keep abreast of law / regulation;
• Update and maintain record of legal documents in a timely and accurate manner;
• Assist in company secretarial work and compliance matters and liaise with internal and external parties;
• Perform ad-hoc legal duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Degree in law or legal related discipline, holder of diploma in legal discipline are welcome;
• 6-7 years paralegal experience from egal executive firm or property developer;
• Experience and knowledge in real estate industry will be an advantage;
• Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills;
• Team player with good commercial acumen, and be able to handle internal and external stakeholders with confidence;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; 
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
