Legal Counsel/Senior Legal Counsel

We invite applications for the position of Legal Counsel/Senior Legal Counsel. Candidates should have the following qualifications:

1. A lawyer with at least 7 years’ PQE gained at a well-recognized law firm, fund house or financial institution, with experience in banking, securities and futures, investment funds, derivatives or capital market products. Legal qualifications and experience gained from jurisdictions outside Hong Kong will also be considered.
2. Excellent legal drafting, research, advisory and analytical skills.
3. A self-motivated team-player with the ability to work under pressure and independently and with impeccable integrity.
4. Good academic background.
5. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
