Principal responsibilities:

• Lead and drive FX growth initiatives, driving customers' preference and active FX customer base of Hang Seng everyday banking services
• Develop customer intelligence and insights and formulate insight-based actions to drive business growth
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement activities to enhance both internal and external customers experience on FX services
• Keep abreast of latest market environment, regularly benchmark with market players to ensure our FX services competitiveness and actively explore new business opportunities
• Prepare relevant strategy papers, business proposals and reports for presentation to senior management

Requirements

• University Degree in Finance or other relevant disciplines/qualifications
• Minimum 5 years experience in managing retail banking products and driving various campaigns
• Results oriented with proven track record of driving business growth
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analytic skills
• Able to navigate conflicting priorities, great team player
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
