Our client is seeking for a high-calibre candidate to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate with existing Licensees, handling design approval process, developing new licensee, liaise with existing licensees to achieve sales targets

• Develop and explore new business and expand licensing business 

• Work closely with licensees, clients, media agency and event team to achieve the sales target

• Assist to team in Head Quarter to finalize agreement signing, all license issue

• Responsible for licensing business operations 

• Assist in the preparation of regular reports, provide support to the team

• Ad Hoc work will be assigned by Manager

Responsibilities:

• A few years relevant experience in licensing industries is highly preferred 

• Marketing, sales or business development experience will be an advantage

• Previous experience in handling contracts related to agreement negotiation is highly preferred

• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Good command in English, Mandarin and Japanese (N2 or above)

• Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Work initiatively in small organization
