Lodgement Clerk

The Job

• Assisting Lodgement Supervisor to smooth the daily operations
• Transporting mail output between the Postal Lodgement Holding area and the Outstation staff
• Assisting the verification process between Hong Kong Post and FBDMS.
• Advising the Postal Lodgement In-charge and Lodgement Clerks of non-compliant mail
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks if required

The Person

• Form 5 or above education
• With at least 1-2 years’ relevant working experience
• Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good communication skill and able to work under pressure
• Self-motivated and good team player
• Shift duty is required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
