Logistics Coordinator (CRS)

The “Logistics Coordinator – Luxury” needs to support Business Development Manager and assist customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction, import and export operation smoothly on daily basis and achieve established goals. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide sales and administrative support to Business Development Manager in Luxury Department.
• Assist on relationship management with luxury clients and overseas affiliates.
• Local or Worldwide exhibition supports. 
• Co-ordinate with Operations Team
• Promote customers about company’s products and services
• Provide general administrative support to CSR team

Requirement:

• High Diploma graduated or equivalent 
• Experiences in sales support/ administration in logistics/ freight forwarder will be advantage
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Good command of Chinese, English
• Proficient in MS Office
