Logistics Customer Service Clerk

職位描述：

• 處理日常物流操作和訂單處理，確保順利出貨（例如交貨安排、訂單處理、逆向物流等）

• 內部部門、客戶和供應商之間的聯絡，以滿足客戶所需的服務負責處理運輸過程中的問題

（例如，發貨延遲、損壞問題）

• 庫存控制以保持庫存記錄一致（WMS 和 DOMS 系統）

• 執行上級分配的臨時任務

要求：

具有中五或以上學歷 1年本地派送或相關領域工作經驗者優先

良好的人際交往能力、電話方式和服務態度

工作時間： 星期一至五 9:00 - 18:00 星期六 9:00 - 13:00 (輪休制)
